Competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide electrical motor and mechanical pump repair services and/or supply new parts and equipment for replacement by Owner, for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) equipment. The awarded contractor(s) shall be required to service equipment located at the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) including (16) pump stations. TERM / RENEWAL OF CONTRACT The Town intends to award a (12) month contract with four (4) one-year optional renewal terms. On (60) days advance written notice, the Town may renew the 2025 contract per the same terms and conditions, including an agreed upon optional cost of living allowance (COLA) increase. The option to renew subsequent terms shall be at the sole discretion of the Town and mutually agreed upon between both parties.
