The Town of Stratford is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to perform upgrades to the elevator located at Stratford Library, 2203 Main Street, Stratford, CT. Small, minority, women business enterprises and disabled persons are encouraged to participate. Written requests for information will not be accepted after 12:00PM on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2024. Any bid submitted without such security will be excluded from the bidding process. No exceptions. Pre bid meeting : While the meeting is not mandatory, prospective bidders are encouraged to attend and will be required to sign-in at commencement of the meeting. The sign-in sheet will be posted on the Purchasing Department website as below. Copies will not be made available at the meeting, nor will they be distributed by fax or email. All requests for information will be answered in writing as specified below under RFI / Addenda.
