Commissioner of Public Works will receive sealed bids for the following work: CONSTRUCTION 1644 SOUTH MEMORIAL DRIVE Project Description: This project entails constructing a new single family house at 1644 South Memorial Drive. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. .Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City. Bidders must be prequalified by the Commissioner of Public Works. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening.
