Site work, paving and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Racine, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the construction of a 77,835-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
New construction of a community center and clinic. As of October 16, 2024, this project is fully approved by Racine Common Council and there will be a groundbreaking ceremony at the end of October 2024. The general contractor has been identified. The general contractor will have their final 100% IFC set of drawings on 10/31/2024 and will be sending them out for bid thereafter. The project will need to comply with the Racine Works program, which requires that 20% of the labor for the project is completed by City of Racine residents. Below are the trades that the general contractor will be soliciting at the end of October 2024: Concrete Masonry Structural Steel Framing/Drywall Roofing Glazing Acoustical Ceilings Painting Window Treatments MEPFP A firm construction timeline has not been established; however, construction is expected to officially begin early November 2024 and finish by Q3 2026.
