Commissioner of Public Works will receive sealed bids for the following work: 2025 SANITARY SEWER MAIN C.I.P.P. LINING This project is valued between $950,000 and $1,000,000. Project Description: Lining of sanitary and storm mains and sanitary lateral inspection. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through online for bids to be accepted. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of theowner, will serve the best interest of the City. Bidders must be prequalified by the Commissioner of Public Works. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening.
