Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Morton, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposed Park Improvements. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Est. Completion Date: June 6, 2025. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Description: The work includes the construction of approximately: 600 C.Y. Common Excavation 20 LF 6" Watermain 490 S.Y. Concrete Walk 1,375 LF Chain Link Fence 1 Lump Sum Bituminous Patch 1 Lump Sum Installation of Splash Pad & Playground Equipment (play features supplied by Owner) 285 LF 12" RC Storm Sewer 1 Lump Sum Bath House Renovation (MEP drawings to be added as Addendum #1) together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and Responsible Contractor Certification. Question Deadline 10/08/2024
