Renovation of a military facility in Colchester, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to install a new cooling tower and distribution system as indicated on the drawings by Centerline Architects dated March 29, 2024. Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative). The project will be at Camp Johnson, Colchester, VT 05446. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTARNG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager Questions may be submitted until September 20 at 4:00pm. Questions should be submitted by email to the project manager and cc the architect.
