Camp Johnson Power Resiliency project located at Camp Johnson, Colchester, Vermont. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTANG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager. Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance, Certificate regarding use of contract funds for lobbying, and Debarment and Non-Collusion Certification.
