The State of VT Military Department is soliciting bids for the CJ Building 2 Structural Repairs. Located at Camp Johnson Colchester, Vermont. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, all work associated with plans drawn by Dore and Whittier dated June 19th,2023. Work to include structural repairs, lighting, the mechanical portion on prints will not be done. The project will be at Building 2, Camp Johnson. Colchester, VT. Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Contractor awarded the project is required to submit the original bid bond to the Project Manager as soon as they have been notified of the awarded project. Bids must also include a completed Certificate of Compliance, Certificate regarding use of contract funds for lobbying, and Debarment and Non-Collusion Certification. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the BCE and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project must submit Base Access Registration/Record Check Form, provided by Project Manager for VTANG Security Staff to run required background check. Form shall be submitted in PDF format by email to Project Manager For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative).
