Site work and new construction of a military facility in Colchester, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility.
VTARNG Family Readiness Center Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to construct an approximately 10,889 SF office building and related sitework as indicated on the drawings by SAS Architect The project will be at 115 Academy Ln. Colchester VT as indicated on the attached plans. The project site is located on the grounds of the Camp Johnson complex, on Federal property licensed to the Vermont Army National Guard. A criminal background check is required for all personnel if not presently on file with the CFMO and current within one year. Upon award, all employees expected to work on this project, including subcontract personnel, must submit paperwork provided by Project Manager for Army National Guard Security Staff to run required background check. Questions may be submitted until 05 July 2024 at 12:00 noon. Questions should be submitted by email to the project manager and cc the architect. The Project Manager will be MAJ Keith Schnell.
