Renovation of a military facility in Colchester, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
For contractors that require access to a VTARNG facility or installation: Contractor and all associated sub-contractors employees shall comply with adjudication standards and procedures using the National Crime Information Center Interstate Identification (NCIC-III) and Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) (Army Directive 2014-05/AR 190-13), and applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, and local security policies and procedures (provided by a government representative). Bids requiring bid bonds must submit scanned bid bond with bid proposal. Question Deadline 08/15/2024 Questions may be submitted until at 1300 hours. Questions should be submitted by email to the project manager and cc the architect. Include the project name and name of bidder on the subject line.
