Town of Colchester (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Blakely Road Forcemain and Pump Station, Contract No. 2. The Project includes the following Work: A new above ground package wastewater pump station and appurtenances, installation by directional bore of approximately 12,500 LF of 8" HDPE sewer forcemain from East Lakeshore Drive to Route 7, 480 LF of 12" HDPE sleeve containing an 8" HDPE sewer forcemain crossing under Interstate 89, and 480' of 8" HDPE sewer forcemain installed via open trenching. The new forcemain will include cleanout manholes and vacuum release manholes, and all other necessary appurtenances. A bid tabulation will be released to all bidders within 5 business days. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Blueprints, Etc, 20 Ferrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, (802) 865-4503. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on compact disk will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen.
