Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of the Atlanta Department of Transportation ("DOT"), is seeking qualified contractors to develop a trail that promotes physical activity and mental well-being for users of all ages and abilities. The Silver Comet Connector MacArthur Blvd trail project follows the south side of MacArthur Blvd from the Whetstone Trail to Chattahoochee Ave NW. The project will be a 10-foot-wide, 0.4-mile concrete side path within the right-of-way of MacArthur Blvd. The project requires the contractor to install header curb, curb and gutter, concrete driveways, concrete trail, drainage structures, roadway striping, signing, and landscaping.
