Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Patterson Avenue Traffic Signal project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to the removal of existing traffic signal equipment, relocation existing signal equipment, installation of traffic signal poles, conduits, junction boxes, traffic signal heads, pedestrian signal indicator (countdown), signage, sidewalk, wheelchair ramps, pavement markings, and other traffic related equipment. The City of Richmond's Department of Public Works Transportation Engineering Division (TED) operates and maintains 480 traffic signalized intersections. The City of Richmond has secured funds to upgrade one signalized location with aging mast arm poles in failing condition, and one location where a warrant analysis concluded a signalized intersection is needed. The period of performance for the project shall be 240 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed (Base Bid only), and 365 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed (Base Bid plus Additive Bid). The Owner may require bidders submit bid security for lesser bid amounts, however, this will be so stated in the Invitation for Bid. Plan Holders List not maintained.
