2024-25 NYS School for the Deaf Salting. Automatic service for snowfalls of 3 or more inches; To allow for snow removal first, service must begin at 6:15 am in the parking lot/Loading Dock area located off of Elm & Jay Streets; Proceed to the main driveway located off of Turin Street including upper parking lot, circle and parking spaces; Proceed to the driveway with parking area in front of the dormitory located off Elm Street. Ice storms, especially during early morning hours may be salted as soon as treatment would be effective. Depending on weather, additional services may be requested at other times or days. Salt used must be treated with enhanced residual control. INVOICING: Invoices must be submitted with the month's per salting service verification log and are due on the 1st of the following month. MUST PROVIDE: Certificate of Insurance and 24-hour contact phone number to call if salting is needed. Contract term: 1 Year. Location: NYS School for the Deaf, 401 Turin Street, Rome, NY 13440
