Paint Minor patch, repair and paint requirements. Plumbing Add, change and repair pipe, fittings, valves and fixtures. Provide a license as required by province. Roofing Minor patch, repair and replace requirements. Windows Change or repair glass, casings or windows. BGIS invites qualified parties to submit Qualification requirements to qualify for the provision of services relating to Service Categories on an "as and when needed" basis for projects having a value estimated at less than $100,000, excluding taxes, which BGIS performs in respect of federal buildings, facilities, and properties across the Ontario Region (See attached Appendix 1 County Groupings). In order to qualify for a county, the Vendor must be able to provide services to all the cities listed in the county grouping.
