Washtenaw County Purchasing Division on behalf of FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (Washtenaw County Department) is issuing a sealed RFP #8679 for CARPET FLOOR REMOVAL & REPAIR Effective July 1, 2015, the County adopted a new Local Vendor Preference (LVP) policy. Information is enclosed explaining the criteria as well as the vendor certification and affidavit.
