Site Address: City of Monroe City: Monroe County: Ouachita State/Province: LA CITY OF MONROE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The Monroe Regional Airport requests submittals of qualifications from qualified, interested firms to provide professional Consulting Services. The project will consist of furnishing all services required to supplement the Airport in the provision of design, bidding, construction administration, and inspection related to its program. The services are to be carried out in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and all applicable Federal, State, and Local Codes, Regulations, Ordinances, and Policies. RFQ NOTES: Submissions shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "RFQ - CONSULTING SERVICES" on the outside of the envelope, and be delivered or mailed to The City of Monroe, Attn: Curt Kelly, 1014 Grammont St., Monroe, LA 71201 Proposals from vendors not on the Proposers' List will not be accepted. The name of the vendor must match that of the name on the Proposals' List, under which the Request for Qualifications was requested. Sealed proposals must identify on the outside envelope the name of the vendor. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause per State Public Bid Law. A corporate resolution authorizing a representative of the corporation to sign the proposal must accompany the proposal if the proposer is a corporation. Such activities will be in accordance with Title 38:2237 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. An award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined in writing by the governing authority of the City of Monroe to be the most advantageous, taking into consideration price and other evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposals. The Airport, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively insure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
