Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The purpose of this RFP process is to select a Proponent to carry out the construction of Shortcut Boardwalk Connection (Terry Fox Drive to Brighton Road) The City is requesting the following work to be performed: 1. Excavate the new connection pathway. 2. Supply and placement of granular base material. 3. Construction of new wooden boardwalk including planking and sleepers. 4. Placing of topsoil and sod along edges of new boardwalk. The timeline for the above work to be performed is between October 23 and December 13, 2024. The City reserves the right to cancel any RFP at any time without recourse by the contractor. The City has the right to not award this work for any reason including choosing to complete the work with the Owners' [sic] own forces.
