Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Bridgeport, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The construction of a new MBR wastewater treatment plant, sludge processing equipment, approximately 1,500 LF 6" PVC influent force main, and all related appurtenances. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above. Liquidated damages shall be $1000 per day. The Greater Harrison County Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Greater Harrison County Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Question Deadline 09/30/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
