Rubberized Joint Sealing Material, ASTM D 6690-Type I, from a manufacturer listed in Bulletin 15. And per PTC specifications dated June 23, 2014. To be F.O.B. delivered to the locations listed on the Schedule of Prices, as and when requested on a firm price basis. Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 9:29 AM ET All bid quotations must be submitted via the PA Turnpike Commission Portal at electronically. 10/07/2024 Answers to Question will be provided or Addenda posted 12/01/2024 Anticipated Award Date (Estimate only) Initial Term of Contract: The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date, December 1, 2024 and expire on November 30, 2025. Bid security in the form of bond or check is not required for this bid. Neither Performance nor Payment Bond will be required of successful bidder(s). Disregard the Bonding section of the attached General Terms and Conditions. The contract or any part of the contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year terms by the mutual agreement between the Commission and the Supplier(s). The renewal may be exercised as individual or multiple year terms(s). Renewals shall be negotiated and mutually agreed upon by the Commission's Strategic Sourcing Department and the suppliers. Non-renewed contracts will be competitively re-bid. 1.3 PTC may terminate any resulting contract upon a thirty (30) day written notice. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects, and to accept or reject any part of any bid if, in its judgment, the best interests of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission are thereby served.
