Site work for a civil project in Santa Rosa, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Per the owner, as of November 26, 2024, they have just solicitated for proposals for design, so it may be a year or two for construction. No award has been announced at this time. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ Consultant to develop plans, specifications, sequence of construction, and estimates of probable costs for construction bid. The scope of work to include separate tasks as follows: o Retrofit the Headworks with carbon fiber or steel wrapping per the selected Alternative 4. o Retrofit or replace 2 two ton and 2 four ton monorails/cranes in the Headworks. o Repair approximately 2,500 LF of concrete cracking in the Headworks, Primary Sedimentation Tanks and underground hallway to the Digesters o Repair approximately 100 SF of cast in place panels failed concrete and exposed rebar in the Headworks Online Q&A No Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Start/Delivery Date November 2024
