Q&A Deadline 09/16/2024 3:00 PM (PDT) Requests shall be submitted utilizing the Q&A tab of the online bidding system The intent of this Request for Quotation is to contract to remove trees in compliance with the specifications, terms, conditions identified within the RFQ. A copy of the Bid Guarantee (Check, Cashier Check, Certified Check, or Bidder's Bond) must be submitted with bid documents via online. Please mail the original bonds/check only to Amy Carter, City of Santa Rosa, Purchasing Department, 635 First Street, 2nd Floor, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. (Note: only original bid bonds to be mailed. Bids submitted by mail will not be accepted.) Prevailing Wage is Required. Contractor must hold a C-49 license for this project and a current DIR registration number. The City of Santa Rosa reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive minor irregularities or informalities in any bid or bonds.
