As of November 13, 2024, this project has been awarded. The Project consists of design and construction of a new Fire Station structure and a new Library structure including parking and a mix of outdoor uses, equipment, and furnishings. The Project will be located on parcels at 976, 980 and 1004 Hearn Avenue which together comprise approximately six (6) acres. The Hearn Community Hub is intended as a civic campus encompassing a replacement for Fire Station #8, a new Roseland branch of the Sonoma County Library, and shared public infrastructure: parking, sidewalks, roadways, sewer, storm drains, and public plazas.
