This is an Invitation to Bid for the Kunde Hall Remodel Project. This project requires license B General Contractors License. The estimated budget for this project is $1,480,000.00 dollars. The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response. if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than August 8, 2024. Question Deadline 07/31/2024 at 3:00 PM PT Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to Tyree Vantrease at TLCD Architecture at tyree.vantrease@tlcd.com These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is 75 (Seventy-Five) days and Liquidated damages are $500 per day.
