Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Isolate existing main twelve thousand (12,000)volt transformer and replace with new transformer and disposal of existing transformer. Substantial Completion shall be within 45 Days from the date when work is to commence as stated in the Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be within contractor estimated Days from the date when work is to commence as stated in the Notice to Proceed. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. County will permit successful Bidder to substitute securities for retention monies withheld to ensure performance of Contract, as set forth in Attachment 5 Bid Security Form, in accordance with California Public Contract Code, Section 22300. By this reference, Attachment 5 Bid security form is incorporated in full in this Invitation to Bid. Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. Notice of Intent to Award 7/8/2024 County specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements Question Deadline 06/27/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Questions will be answered at the mandatory pre-bid walk through.
