Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is a publicly owned water and sewer service agency with approximately 46,000 water service connections and 37,000 sewer service connections, serving a population of approximately 157,000. The project is within EVMWD's boundaries and is located within the County of Riverside. The project will install approximately 5,100 LF of 8-inch DIP water main. The replacement limits shall be from Tomlin 1 Pump Station, in Lancashire Drive, to Tomlin 2 Reservoir/Los Pinos 1 Pump Station. The pipeline will be located within an EVMWD 20-foot-wide easement. In addition to the pipeline work, this project will install fiber optic conduits and construct access road improvements. The bid security shall be provided as a guarantee that within ten(10) working days after the District provides the successful bidder the Notice of Award, the successful Bidder will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds and certificates of insurance.
