IN ADDITION, BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT A STATEMENT AT TIME OF BID INDICATING THAT THEY WILL WORK TOWARD A MINORITY WORKFORCE GOAL OF 25% AND A WOMEN WORKFORCE GOAL OF 5% AND A CITY OF BUFFALO RESIDENT GOAL. The City of Buffalo will not be responsible for full or partial set of Contract Documents, including any Addenda obtained from any other source. The City of Buffalo reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Remove existing steeple spire slate roof shingles. Snow guards/stops and rails to be removed and stored for re-use. Remove flashing, counterflashing and sealants. Lightning protection to remain and to be protected during all phases ofwork. Install new' slate roof shingles, flashing, counterflashing and sealants. Reinstall snow' guards/stops and rails. A unit price for exterior grade sheathing or plywood to be provided for damaged sheathing to be replaced.Remove existing EPDM roofing, wood decking, copper rain leader and all flashing and sealants. Install new exterior grade decking/plywood, EPDM roof membrane, flashings and sealants. Reinstall copper rain leader. Repair penetration and deteriorated roof at leak areas at South-East roof area adjacent to tow'er. Remove damaged and/or broken slate roof tiles. Patch and repair concrete roof slab in locations of penetration and deterioration. Install new slate roof tiles to match those removed in kind.
