The Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) and Niagara Falls International Airport (NFIA) are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide elevator and escalator maintenance service that provides preventative maintenance, inspections, nuisance calls, repairs and emergency service. The main objective of preventative maintenance is to decrease equipment downtime, increase productivity, and reduce maintenance costs for the NFTA/BNIA/NFIA. The amount of equipment requiring service under this contract may be adjusted at any time during the agreement. Any adjustments are at the sole discretion of the NFTA. This project is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates.
