Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Remove existing shower, sink, and hot water tank. Remove existing venting and drainage connected to storm line. Provide new shower. Provide new drainage for new shower connected to sanitary drain. Provide new hot water tank sized for new hot water load. Provide new sink/vanity. Provide new floor drain. Patch and paint floor. Excavate backfill and restore surfaces to accommodate installation of sanitary drain lines. .1 Coordinate with Environmental consultant for soils testing during excavation. Dispose of any extra soil and excavated materials not used for backfill as directed by Environmental consultant. Patch existing exterior wall penetrations. Surface mount EMT conduit from existing receptacle over to new receptacle for audio visual equipment. Provide new wiring and new receptacle. Obtain and pay for the services of qualified roofing contractor for roofing scope. Roofing contractor shall be a member in good standing of the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia. Roofing work warranty shall be minimum of two years. Modifications to roof include work to accommodate addition of plumbing venting. Patch and repair any areas where roof is impacted. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Project awarded to --Oxford Construction Ltd Award is subject to final approval.
