Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
o Persons moving and taking possession of the property shall comply with all requirements of the: Code of Ordinances City of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. o Chapter 10 - Buildings and Building Regulations; Article VIII - Moving Buildings. o Any costs for insurance, bonds, permits, approvals, etc. will be the responsibility of the person moving and taking possession of the property; no exception. o Person moving and taking possession of the property shall legally disconnect all utility services and permanently terminate each, at the site, per City and State Codes and Ordinances. o Persons moving and taking possession of the property shall comply with all City, State and Federal requirements, as they apply. Persons wanting to provide a bid to Broken Bow School should contact the architect at: jim@newcombae.com to request a bid package. Each Bidder shall submit their Bid with the Non-Collusion Affidavit in a sealed envelope. Upon the Owner's acceptance of the Bid, the person moving and taking possession of the property will have thirty (30) calendar days to completely move and take possession of the property, off school property, and legally dispose of any trash or debris resulting from the move. The area where the property was located shall be free of all ruts and graded smoothly. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any Bids received.
