Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Union, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
The Project includes the following Work: The construction of a small dog park encompassing approximately 0.5 acres. The dog park will be located at the Union Recreation Department Center off W. South Street in Union SC. The project will include fencing, landscaping, and amenities for the proposed dog park. Question Deadline 10/07/2024, Questions shall be submitted to Nick Myers at Seamon Whiteside (nmyers@seamonwhiteside.com). Engineer responses to questions received by the question deadline will be posted as an addendum on online. Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the State of South Carolina Bids will be received on a lump sum basis. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
