OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Architect-Engineer services to complete the below scope of work. SCOPE OF WORK Architect/Engineer (A-E): The Contractor will perform all professional (A-E) services necessary to provide design and construction period services for project 652-24-105 Upgrade Air Handling Systems and Distribution. The A/E project involves the replacement of air handlers components, controls, VAV s and ductwork in various critical locations. Design shall include the phasing of work and temporary air handling equipment to always maintain conditioned air flow in these critical locations.
