Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Superintendence, Temporary Facilities and Administration Necessary to Perform the Work Outlined Below and Described in Greater Detail in This Specification. 2. All Work in This Project is to Be Completed in Accordance With All Related Nl Housing Specifications and Occupational Health and Safety Requirements. 3. The Contractor is Responsible to Verify All Measurements on Site Prior to Work Being Completed. The Nl Housing Representative is to Be Contacted With Any Discrepancies Prior to Proceeding With Work. 4. The Following Outline is General and is Not to Be Considered Complete in Every Detail. 5. Work for This Project Includes but is Not Limited to, (Interior and Exterior Upgrades-1 New Road, Melrose, Nl), the Following: Demolition and Usm Removal: Remove the 2 Exterior Landings and All Concrete Components, All Existing Window and Door Interior Finish, All Existing Light Fixtures, Heaters, Thermostats, Plugs/switches, All Bathroom Fixtures, Interior Doors Systems and Knobs, Existing Dryer Vent, All Broken Gypsum Board Throughout Entire Unit, All Flooring and Baseboards, Complete Hrv System and All Wall Attachments and Discard. Exterior 1. Construct Two (2) New Pressure Treated Landings to Match Existing Landing Dimensions in Same Locations. New Landings Can Be Built Using Pre-cast Concrete Blocks and Poured in Place Concrete Pads at Step Entries. Ensure the Front Landing is Secured to the House as Per Attachment Details Shown in the Attached Detail #2-102. All New Concrete is to Be Sealed With Concrete Sealer. Contractor Responsible to Reinstate Areas Disturbed During Construction With Topsoil & Sod. 2. Replace Any Missing Sections of Aluminum Fascia With New to Match Remainder. 3. Install New 8' Sections of Pre-formed Aluminum Eavestrough and Down Spout Over the Front and Rear Exterior Doors. Install New Splash Blocks at Both Down Spouts. 4.
