Site work for a mixed-use development in Westwego, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and stadium.
Each Bid must be accompanied by an electronic bid surety bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, and payable without condition to the owner. Vendors must submit an electronic bid bond through the respective online clearinghouse bond management system(s) as indicated in the electronic bid solicitation. No scanned paper copies of any bid bond will be accepted as part of the electronic bid submission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond guaranteeing faithful performance of the contract. Companies providing the bonds shall comply with the requirements of LA-R.S. 38:2218 and R.S. 38:2219 as applicable. The Jefferson Parish Council reserves the right to reject all bids and to reject bids for just cause, pursuant to the law. Range of the Probable Construction Cost for Base Bid: 500,000-$1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 10/15/2024 Every request for such interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Engineer, Architect or person distributing plans and specifications. No inquiry received within five (5) days prior to the day fixed for opening of the bids will be given consideration
