The City of Madison is undertaking the Meyer Avenue Assessment District – 2025 project (Contract No. 8785), a comprehensive public works initiative aimed at upgrading infrastructure along Meyer Avenue. The project includes excavation, installation of sanitary and storm sewer systems, water laterals, asphalt and pervious pavement, concrete curbs and gutters, lighting, terrace rain gardens, and traffic control improvements. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and accessibility, the project also integrates tree protection, erosion control, and compliance with Small Business Enterprise (SBE) participation goals.
