Walnut Branch GLO Phase 1 Drainage Project. Scope Project improvements along Walnut Branch within the City of Seguin at 3 project locations: 1. The low water crossing at San Antonio Ave and Walnut Branch will be replaced with a bridge-class culvert to pass the 100-year flood and eliminate the risk of drivers proceeding into floodwaters. 2. The Aldama Street intersection at Kingsbury St is a low water crossing and the only access to a residential neighborhood. Aldama will be elevated with a culvert installed to prevent roadway flooding. 3. The low water crossing at Williams Street and Walnut Branch will be removed and the roadway permanently closed.
