Renovation of an educational facility in Roseville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of October 25 , 2024 , project has not been awarded yet, Anticipated for mid November.** The project consists of, but not limited to, the removal of existing HVAC controls and installing new. Approximately 50% of each campus consists of the old system with the other half having previously been upgraded to the Alerton system. The new controls shall tie into the existing Alerton controls system and shall include all associated work. Prequalification submission cutoff Date is 9/26/2024.
