The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a Contract through competitive negotiations for the repair of the Upper County Park pool located in James City County. The Contract will be awarded to the Offeror whose proposal best meets the needs of the County and our residents, in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and evaluation criteria contained within the RFP. This project requires a comprehensive overhaul of the 25-meter length pool area, including the removal and replacement of the pool surface, tiles and coping. The Vendor will be responsible for providing a turn-key solution, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed to the highest standards. The Vendor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment and services required for pool repairs, as specified in the RFP. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing via email to the point of contact listed below NO LATER than 2:00 p.m. on September 26, 2024.
