Maculloch Drive Manhole Improvements A contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest bid, as set forth in the Contract Documents, the right being reserved by the Township to reject all proposals or any proposal which may be informal or the acceptance of which for any other reasons would be detrimental to the best interests of the Township, and to waive informalities.
