The North Central Texas Council of Governments ("NCTCOG") seeks an experienced vendor or vendors to provide the goods or services described herein to the members of its TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program ("TXShare"). The awarded contracts will be promoted via TXShare. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit responses that result in a contract with one or more vendor(s) that are qualified to provide one or more categories of the goods or services. The desired service categories are as listed below: Service Category #1: Sludge Hauling Services Service Category #2: Land Application Services Service Category #3: Composting Services Service Category #4: Lagoon Mapping, Surveying and Cleaning Services Service Category #5: Heat Drying and Pelletizing Services Service Category #6: Stormwater/Freshwater Pond Services Service Category #7: Digester and Tank Cleaning Services Service Category #8: Other Related Services Not Listed Inquiry Period Ends October 9, 2024 5:00 PM CT Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this solicitation will be received and must be submitted electronically. Planned Contract Award November 2024 NCTCOG reserves the right to change this schedule at any time. A contract resulting from this RFP shall be effective for 24 months from the date of award. This contract will automatically renew for up to three (3) additional one-year periods, not to exceed five (5) years in total, unless earlier terminated as provided herein. NCTCOG reserves the right not to renew at its discretion.
