Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/24/2025 03:00:00 PM (ET) The work included in this contract for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, services, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction and appliances required in conjunction with or properly incidental to the work, as shown and described in the drawings and specifications for Roof Design: City Tower, 101 S. Mesquite St., Arlington, Texas 76010. All work shall be performed in conformance with the plans and specifications dated February 21, 2025, addenda thereto, and any change orders that may be issued. 1. Deliver and cover all materials properly at the jobsite. 2. Raise the height of all curbs as necessary to add height for the required warranty. 3. Remove the existing BUR roof systems down to the existing metal deck. 4. Mechanically attach Two layers of 2.2" poly iso to the metal deck. 5. Install tapered insulation to build crickets as needed for positive slope, set in low rise foam. 6. Install 1/2" gypsum over the 2nd layer of 2.2" poly iso, set in low rise foam. 7. Add new wood blocking at the perimeter edges as needed to match roof thickness. 8. Torch apply a new base sheet over the new gypsum board. 9. Torch apply a new white granulated modified bitumen cap sheet over the base sheet. 10. Replace collector heads and downspouts. 11. Replace & enlarge overflow scuppers. 12. Cut wall panels to raise flashing height per detail drawing. 13. Install new pre-finished metal coping cap, cleat, edge metal & counter flashing. 14. Replace the existing drain bowls, lead sheets & accessories. 15. Replace the existing vent stacks to match the existing. 16. Extend all pipe penetrations to achieve minimum of 8". 17. Co-ordinate and direct work for other trades. 18. Provide warranties as specified.
