Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,400-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The scope of this project includes the demolition of two structures and portable classrooms, modernization of the existing classrooms and Administration buildings which will include new paint, flooring, ceilings, doors frames and hardware, entrance canopies, casework, signage, miscellaneous roofing, and MEP upgrades at all buildings. This also includes two new Timberquest buildings, and total site improvements including a reconfigured parking lot, landscaping, playground/shade structures and upgraded underground utilities. Construction is planned to start on May 01, 2025 and finish on May 29, 2026. Additionally, all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Trade Partners are required to be pre-qualified with Prequalified with Sacramento City USD.
