Iredell County is soliciting proposals to award a procurement and service contract to one company to provide the County Information ECOM with a turnkey, public safety grade, new Fire/EMS Station Alerting System to interface with the current equipment includes existing simulcast radio system and consoles. CAD System: Central Square One Solution. Iredell County currently has no system in place and seeks proposals that include detailed information on the system's capabilities, performance and security for a public safety workplace. System should at the minimum provide both state of the art, both station and over the air alerting, with least amount of dispatcher intervention. The proposed system must include automated voice dispatch alerting and should include the opportunity for expansion with ease to accommodate our continued future growth The chosen company will be selected for an initial three (3) year contract with additional twelve-month extensions based on performance of the contract and is at the discretion of the County. Iredell County reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any reason during the initial contract period with 30-day written notice or for Company's failure to follow the terms of the agreement, and at any time without notice for Company's failure to follow Iredell County ECOM safe operating procedures in accordance with the specifications and requirements contained herein.
