Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish and deliver FOB, Lincoln, Nebraska the street light poles included in this bid solicitation. Method of Shipment, Loading for Truck Shipment: Poles shall be loaded on flat beds only. All loading staking and binding shall comply with local, State and Federal Transportation Rules Guidelines for such shipments. All painted poles to be individually wrapped with a heavy waterproof material for protection during shipping. Each bid must include the full name and business address of the bidder and be legibly signed by the bidder. A bid by a firm or organization other than a corporation must include the name and address of each member. A bid by a corporation must be signed in the name of such corporation by an official authorized by the corporation to sign the bid. Any person signing a bid for a firm, corporation, or other organization may be required to show evidence of his/her authority to bind the firm, corporation, or organization The successful bidder shall pay all royalties and license fees and shall defend at its own cost all suits or claims for infringements of any patent rights, shall pay all awards of damages and allsettlement agreements, and shall indemnify and save LES harmless from any loss on account of any such infringement, suit, or claim LES may, in its sole discretion, reject any or all bids, or waive minor defects, irregularities, or informalities therein.
