Bowman Culvert Drainage Improvements Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Bowman Lane Culvert Drainage Improvements Project, which includes replacement of two existing culverts conveying flow from Jackstraw Brook beneath Bowman Lane (a MassDOT classified local rural roadway) with a precast concrete arch structure, relocation of three existing water mains, protection and sleeving of existing sewer utility, installation of stormwater structures and piping, raising the grade and full depth pavement construction of the existing roadway, installation of vehicular guardrails, construction of new stream bed strata, restoration of stream banks and surface conditions adjacent to the work; and all materials and equipment, construction, and services inherent to the Work.
