Renovation of a multi-residential development in Glovertown, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Closing Time: 1:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/26 12:00:00 PM NDT Remove front exterior door system, all existing light fixtures, heaters, thermostats, plugs/switches, smoke alarms, all existing door jambs, waterlines and related connection components*, all bathroom fixtures, cabinet hardware, all faucets, all broken gypsum board throughout entire unit as noted on site, all wall sections as noted in Drawing A1 (Main floor), wall sections and gypsum board in basement as noted on site, damaged ceiling tile, baseboards, broken basement window, laundry tub/platform/drain, sump pump, eavestrough (Front end elevation) and all wall attachments and discard. Remove all trees as well as the stumps from rear yard. Cleared area should extend 20" back from rear wall of the house and extend to property lines at sides. Also remove all old steel and trash found in rear lawn area. Remove front landing and pour a new pad at entry. Re-install landing. (Re-use existing piers). Install 1 load of Class A Stone to driveway and grade. Includes remove all grass and sod in front of both entry landings and replace with class B stone up to entry pads. Mow all grass on front and rear yards. Install a new clothesline elevator to the existing location. Re- use all other components. Install an eight foot section of new eavestrough over the front door to prevent water collection on landing. Re-use the removed section of downspout in new location.
