Sod Installation at DCKMSVC, Section 2 Question Deadline 2024-09-19 PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Veterans Assistance for the Donel C. Kinard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (DCKMSVC) located at 130 Academy Drive, Dunbar, WV to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of Turf Type Tall Fescue Sod and installation of same in Section 2 at the Cemetery. The area to be sodded is approximately one-half (1/2) acre. Google earth measurements for Section 2 area of sodding is .56 acre (24,386 ft square feet) and can be viewed in Attachment 1, Area to be Sodded.
