Conduit: 1.2.1.1. Install 2" EMT conduit from ER/MDF to 1st Floor TR/IDF. 1.2.1.2. Install 2" EMT conduit from ER/MDF to 2nd Floor TR/IDF. 1.2.1.3. Install 1" EMT conduit from ER/MDF to 1st Floor TR/IDF. 1.2.1.4. Install 1" EMT conduit from 1st Floor TR/IDF to 2nd Floor TR/IDF. 1.2.2. ER/MDF 1.2.2.1. Install 1 - Fire Retardant Intumescent Black Latex Painted A/C Grade Plywood backboard. Backboard minimum size shall be 24" width and 48" length. 1.2.2.2. Install 1 - Middle Atlantic SFR-12-18 Wall Mount Rack. 1.2.2.3. Install 1 - Chatsworth 40158-020 Main Grounding Bus Bar onto backboard. 1.2.2.4. Install 2 - Leviton 5R1UH-S03 R/M fiber enclosures. Include 2 - 5F100-2LL SM Fiber Panels in one, and 2 - 5F100-2LC MM Fiber Panels in the other. 1.2.2.5. Terminate existing SM and MM fiber into new rack using Leviton FSSSD-60 splice sleeves, Leviton UPPLC-KIT SM pigtails, and Leviton 54PLC-KIT MM pigtails. Place pigtails into a Leviton T5PLS-24F splice tray. 1.2.2.6. Install a Leviton 41D6A-1F4 wall mount 110 block, including Leviton 69104-IDC C-4 Clips. 1.2.3. 1st Floor TR/IDF 1.2.3.1. Install 1 - Fire Retardant Intumescent Black Latex Painted A/C Grade Plywood backboard. Backboard minimum size shall be 24" width and 48" length. 1.2.3.2. Install 1 - Middle Atlantic SFR-12-18 Wall Mount Rack. 1.2.3.3. Install 1 - Chatsworth 40158-012 Secondary Grounding Bus Bar onto backboard. 1.2.3.4. Run #6 Green THHN from Secondary Grounding Bar into AC Panel in the same closet as TR. Run a second #6 Green THHN from Secondary Grounding Bar to Main Ground Bar through 1" EMT conduit. 1.2.3.5. Install 1 - Leviton 5R1UH-S03 R/M fiber enclosures. Include 1 - 5F100-2LC MM Fiber Panel. 1.2.3.6. Install 1 - 49455-48B 48 Port Patch Panel. Include 1 - Leviton 49005-CMB Cable Management Bar and 1 - Leviton 49005-CMC Cable Management Clip. 1.2.4. 2nd Floor TR/IDF 1.2.4.1. Install 1 - Fire Retardant Intumescent Black Latex Painted A/C Grade Plywood backboard. Backboard minimum size shall be 24" width and 48" length. 1.2.4.2. Install 1 - Middle Atlantic SFR-12-18 Wall Mount Rack. 1.2.4.3. Install 1 - Chatsworth 40158-012 Secondary Grounding Bus Bar onto backboard. 1.2.4.4. Run #6 Green THHN from Secondary Grounding Bar into AC Panel in the same closet as TR. Run a second #6 Green THHN from Secondary Grounding Bar to Main Ground Bar through 1" EMT conduit. 1.2.4.5. Install 1 - Leviton 5R1UH-S03 R/M fiber enclosures. Include 1 - 5F100-2LC MM Fiber Panel. 1.2.4.6. Install 1 - 49455-48B 48 Port Patch Panel. Include 1 - Leviton 49005-CMB Cable Management Bar and 1 - Leviton 49005-CMC Cable Management Clip. 1.2.5. Connecting Devices 1.2.5.1. Run 2 - Berk-Tek 11141650 CMP Blue Cat 6A cables from ER/MDF 110 to both 1st and 2nd Floor TR/IDF through 2" Conduit. Terminate into 110 block using C-4 clips in ER/MDF. Terminate onto 48 Port Patch Panel in TR/IDF using Leviton 6110G-RP6 Purple Cat 6A Jacks. 1.2.5.2. Run 1 - Berk-Tek PDP012FB3010/F5-I/O-C4C5(AQU) 12 strand MM OM4 Armored fiber from ER/MDF to both 1st and 2nd Floor TR/IDF through 2" Conduit. Terminate each end onto MM fiber panel using Leviton FSSSD-60 splice sleeves and Leviton 54PLC-KIT MM pigtails. Place pigtails into a Leviton T5PLS-24F splice tray. 1.2.6. Floor Cable Pathway 1.2.6.1. Run all cables along the wall above the drop ceiling using Caddy CAT32HP 2" J-Hooks. Workstations 1.2.7.1. For all 2 port data drops. Approximate location is noted on plans, verify exact location with building owner. Run 2 - Berk-Tek 11141650 CMP Blue Cat 6A cables to each workstation outlet. Install cable into a Wiremold 2900L8- FW, using a Wiremold 2986-FW at drop ceiling. (Needs to be screwed into the wall, along with adhesive backing). Terminate at the outlet into Leviton 6110G-RPG and install into Wiremold NM2048-FW Box and Leviton 42080-2IS at standard outlet height. Terminate at the rack into Leviton 6110G-RPG and install into the 48 Port Patch Panel. 1.2.7.2. For all 4 port data drops. Approximate location is noted on plans, verify exact location with building owner. Run 4 - Berk-Tek 11141650 CMP Blue Cat 6A cables to each workstation outlet. Install cable into a Wiremold 2900L8- FW, using a Wiremold 2986-FW at drop ceiling. (Needs to be screwed into the wall, along with adhesive backing). Terminate at the outlet into Leviton 6110G-RPG and install into Wiremold NM2048-FW Box and Leviton 42080-4IS at standard outlet height. Terminate at the rack into Leviton 6110G-RPG and install into the 48 Port Patch Panel. 1.2.7.3. For all Wall Phone drops. Approximate location is noted on plans, verify exact location with building owner. Run 2 - Berk-Tek 11141650 CMP Blue Cat 6A cables to each workstation outlet. Install cable into a Wiremold 2900L8- FW, using a Wiremold 2986-FW at drop ceiling. (Needs to be screwed into the wall, along with adhesive backing). Terminate at the outlet into Leviton 6110G-RPG and install into Wiremold NM2048-FW Box and Leviton 42080-2IS at standard phone height. Terminate at the rack into Leviton 6110G-RPG and install into the 48 Port Patch Panel.
