The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide two (2) Housing and Community Development (HCD) approved 24'x40'modular classrooms; including ramp, foundation, delivery, and installation. See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services. The term "Vendor", "Proposer", "Consultant", "Firm", and "Contractor" shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP). This project will be managed under the ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise Program. This program is designed to provide ASAUA's stakeholders with the facilities necessary to meet the goals and objectives set forth in the ASAUA's Homeland Security Strategy. Lastly, a 10% Bid Bond is required, along with a 100% Performance bond as well. Please refer to Section VI. - Response to RFP, Letter G. - Bonds Questions of an operational nature may be directed to the City's Purchasing office at (714) 647-5466.Neither the City, nor PlanetBids, makes any guarantee as to the timely availability of assistance, or assurance that any given problem will be resolved by the bid submission deadline.
